In this clip, Reggie Wright Sr. recalls the events that ensued after Biggie’s murder in Los Angeles and the way in which the LAPD and the feds responded. This prompts him to state his belief that the late Wardell “Poochie” Fouse is the one to have fatally shot the rap legend. As the conversation moves along, he called “Poochie” a hitman and said he was no joke, when it came to his criminal record and street cred.
