Fat Joe stopped by The Morning Hustle, where he discussed Verzuz with hosts Billy Sorrells and Lore’l, and the possibility of him and former rival 50 Cent going head to head.

When Lore’l teased Joe by saying that he probably already had a date lined up for him and 50 Cent to battle it out, the Bronx rapper would not confirm anything. However, he did state that fans would be eager to see the two go hit-for-hit.

“I think everybody would be like, ‘Oh wow, we got a Verzuz 50 Cent and Fat Joe? I’m tuning into that joint.’” He said that their Verzuz showdown would be the “ideal one.”

The “What’s Luv” rapper also stated that he would not feel right going against his “idol” LL Cool J, which has been previously suggested. He said that LL would be a better fit for a few other big names in rap.

“LL wants Jay-Z or Drake,” he said before continuing, “That’s who LL Cool J allegedly wants.”

Joe doubled back to the 50 Cent topic, joking that while he did not want to reignite their feud, their battle would draw the most views out of any other opponent he could face.

“What would be the Verzuz Battle that I think everybody would tune into if Fat Joe do it? It would be Fat Joe and 50 Cent.”

A father accused of kidnapping his teenage daughter 17 months ago could be holding her captive in Washington, but his technology skills are making it hard for authorities to find him, officials say.

Authorities say John Oliver Westbrook kidnapped his daughter, Daphne Westbrook, 17, in October 2019 from Chattanooga, Tennessee, according to a news release posted on Facebook by the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office in Tennessee.

Investigators say Westbrook is holding Daphne against her will and they’re struggling to locate them because he is “an IT expert specializing in security, block chain technology and bitcoin.”
