Dimitri Snowden appeared in court on Wednesday as a judge tossed out a temporary restraining order filed against him.
Christeline Peterson was granted a temporary restraining order in March after she alleged that Dimitri, 40, abused her during rough sex.
Peterson also accused Dimitri’s wife, Ashley Snowden, of domestic abuse. Peterson and the Snowdens are cast members in TLC Network’s “Seeking Sister Wife.”
Peterson (pictured) claimed that Dimitri slammed her head into a headboard and continued choking her during sex. She said he ignored her pleas to stop.
Dimitri countered her allegations by showing the judge text messages from Peterson saying she enjoyed being choked.
Peterson, a mother-of-two, traveled to America after being courted online by Dimitri Snowden.
Peterson also made similar allegations against Ashley, but the judge dismissed that case.
She alleged that Ashley was abusive to her in January, saying she “shoved me to prevent me from leaving the home my husband and I shared with her,” according to court documents.
Seeking Sister Wife is in its third season on TLC. The series showcases the growing polyamorous community in America.

Willow Smith, daughter of A-listers Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, revealed that she is open to having a polyamorous relationship because she doesn’t enjoy sex as much as her partner.
Red Table Talk
The 20-year-old rock musician came out as polyamorous in a recent episode of “Red Table Talk” with her mother, Jada, and grandmother, Adrienne Banfield Norris.
Willow said polyamory is not considered cheating, because it’s unfair to men when women deprive them of sex outside of the confines of their relationship.
“In my friend group, I’m the only polyamorous person and I have the least sex out of all my friends,” Smith said.
She said men should be free to enjoy intimacy within the context of a polyamorous relationship as opposed to a traditional 2-person marriage.
“The history of marriage really irks me, just the history of marriage as a whole and what it has represented over the years for women in particular,” she added.
