Rapper Nelly is so eager to unload his fixer-upper mansion that he listed it for the bargain basement price of $600,000.
According to the NY Post, the Wildwood, Missouri, mansion has been sitting vacant for nearly two decades.
The “Ride Wit’ Me” rapper initially purchased the home back in 2002 in hopes of renovating it and flipping it. But he abandoned the project years ago.
The Tuscan-style gated mansion features multiple balconies with views of the Meramec River valley. There is also an unfinished infinity pool and a basketball court that has seen better days.
The 10,000-square-foot house, which was listed on Feb. 11, sits on a 12 acre lot surrounded by mature trees and wildlife.
