T.I. and his wife Tiny have released a statement in response to the latest salacious allegations from Tiny’s former friend Sabrina Peterson, who had previously accused Tip of once holding a gun to her head.
According to Complex, Peterson compiled allegations, which she claims she received in her Instagram DMs from over 20 women, who claim the couple engaged in drugging women and sexual abusing them.
In an Instagram post T.I. posted, a few women boasted about sending Sabrina a fake story.
Peterson posted accounts from anonymous women, via screenshots and excerpts of conversations- in which the women detailed their experiences with the “The Family Hustle” stars.
Some of the anonymous women described similar accusations that T.I. and Tiny allegedly required them to take drugs before entering their home, confiscated their phones and instances of physical assault and alleged facilitation of sexual abuse.
In a statement to Complex from a spokesperson for the couple, Tip “T.I.” Harris and Tameka “Tiny” Harris, called the allegations against them “egregiously appalling” and they alleged to have experienced “difficulty” with Peterson for more than 10 years.
“Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and more importantly want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson,” their statement began.
“The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously, and if these allegations don’t end, they will take appropriate legal action,” their joint statement read.
T.I. took to his Instagram, to post a message, explaining to his fans that it’s been extremely difficult to remain quiet in light of all the egregious allegations about his family.
“You see if a person does not have any right to criminally or civilly have you in court they had no right the best thing I could do is get you for a defamation suit, drag you in court, make you pay their legal bills, but get you in court,” he said.
Tip maintains that is “the motive, that’s the strategy and the intention” behind the allegations against the couple.
