Fully vaccinated LeBron James tweeted a cryptic message to his 50 million followers after testing positive for Covid-19.
“Something is REAL [fish emojis] going on,” he tweeted on Dec. 1.

James endured more mockery and taunting from his followers on Twitter after sending the message without context.
Many of his followers assumed his tweet meant he caught the Coof while triple vaccinated. James was among the last NBA stars to get vaccinated because he was “skeptical” about the mRNA technology.
“I know that I was very skeptical about it all,” he said in September. “But after doing my research and things of that nature, I felt like it was best suited, not only for me but for my family and my friends. And that’s why I decided to do it.”
Now sources say James is having second thoughts about taking the vaccines. Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving chose to sit out the season rather than be vaccinated.
James will miss 10 games after entering the NBA’s coronavirus health-and-safety protocol. He must undergo a cardiac screening and reconditioning before returning to the court. Players can also return after two negative PCR tests within a 24-hour period.
